I began making my own jewelry in junior high school. The beads and other trinkets just seemed to call to me, and I was forever making jewelry for myself and my friends.
I love all kinds of crafting, but the joy of jewelry-making still drives me today. While my skills and designs have progressed since school, the same thrill of seeing a finished piece is what excites me.
I was born in Massachusetts, but moved to Northern California as a child when my father took a new job. I’m the second youngest of 7 children and the only one to move out of California. Most days I miss them, but I also love the distance since it gives me more reason to call and talk more often than if we lived in the same area.
I’m married to my soul mate and we have 1 son and 5 grandchildren.
